Andrew Taylor formed Sweet Rocket Ltd five years ago, with fifteen years experience in the hotel and restaurant business,   Andrew was trained to Michelin star standard as a chef. Andrew owned and ran The Angel in Woolhampton, an award winning gastro pub in Berkshire.   With a flair for design, he was personally responsible for the stunning interior of this 100 seat restaurant, his wine list won an award from Gosset in the first year. An ambitious, natural leader, with a pro-active style of management.   A keen eye for detail and the ability and desire to see the big picture. Confident and enthusiastic, a real peoples person.

	He has a vast knowledge and understanding of not only food and wine, but of the complete product that makes a successful dining experience, and a thorough understanding of the financial aspects and the importance of marketing a food and beverage operation.   This combination is what makes Andrew a true professional.
