Andrew was trained to Michelin star standard as a chef. Andrew owned and ran The Angel in Woolhampton, an award winning gastro pub in Berkshire.
With a flair for design, he was personally responsible for the stunning interior of this 100 seat restaurant, his wine list won an award from Gosset in the first year. An ambitious, natural leader, with a pro-active style of management.
